Prices are per night and vacation apartment with a minimum stay of five nights. For stays of less than five nights, we charge a surcharge.
Local tax will be charged for any person aged 14 and older amounting to 2,50 € per person per night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid locally.
Discounts for children
- Children under the age of 2: free
- Children from 2 to 12 years old: 10,00 € per night
Breakfast
- Persons 12 years and older: 15,00 €
- Children from 2 to 12 years old: 8,00 €
- Children under 2 years: free
Deposit
After making your booking, we request that you pay the deposit amounting to 300,00 € per vacation apartment by bank transfer to our account within 7 days. The reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
Cancellation conditions
If bookings are canceled within 30 days before the start of your vacation, we will retain the deposit.
Check in/Check out
On the day of arrival your vacation apartment will be available starting at 03:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the vacation apartment by no later than 10:00 a.m. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged for the booked vacation period.
Baby and toddler equipment
If you are travelling with a baby or toddler, we will provide you with a child’s cot and a child seat free of charge.
Laundry room
A washer and dryer are available in our laundry room. This can be used for a small fee by arrangement.
Parking
Our parking lot is available free of charge at the building.
Non-smoking apartments
Smoking is not allowed in the vacation apartments.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed.
